Behind Cosmotec Group of Companies is the respectable CEO. He is the person behind the success of the company and behind all the achievements that made the institution vibrant and credible.
Dr. Patrick Alain Azanza, is a well-known scholar and academician. He took up his AB, MA and PhD at the University of the Philippines under a straight UP Presidential Scholarship Grant. A multi-awarded HRD practitioner, he completed certificate courses in Human Resource Management and Human Capital Management from the University of California and the Asian Institute of Management, respectively.
He also holds a post-doctoral diploma from the Harvard University and recently finished Juris Doctor (JD) at the UP College of Law. Dr. Azanza has written seven books. He is a recipient of the 1996 Lingkod Bayan Award and the UP Distinguished Alumnus Award for Social Service.
With all these achievements, accomplishments and appreciations, no doubt that Cosmotec bloomed because of Dr. Azanza. This will continue to flourish for many more years to come.
“it is not just a matter of creating an image of good leadership. Beyond the image is the truth about what is being presented to the public. A company may be an industry leader but if the employees themselves do not believe in their product, the company will eventually die. It is the same as how the workers perceive their company leaders,” Dr. Azanza said in an interview.
